Throw It Out There Thursday!

Today I want to follow up from last Thursday – simply because I don’t want you to miss it!

I’m gonna “Throw It Out There” again. Ready?

Why? Several Sunday School classes will have “real live” missionaries, representing South Asia, the Pacific Rim, Thailand, East Asia, and Spanish Speaking peoples (for a list of who and where – call Holly at the church office – (870)863-7177).  All of them will also be sharing brief testimonies and challenges in the AM worship service.

Translation: We get to rub elbows with people who have/are given their lives for the sake of the Gospel all over the world!!!!! AND we get to hear – first hand – how our great God is working, even to the ends of the earth!

Couple all of this with the fact that you won’t have to listen to me preach & you have every reason in the world (pun totally intended) to GET EXCITED and MOTIVATED to be here and bring someone with you!

In addition – on Sunday night – @ 5:30 pm in the “2Fifty2” building I plan to give a “State of the Church” message. “What’s that?” you ask??? My way of letting you know I plan to walk you through a snap shot of where we have been over the past 20 months; what opportunities and challenges we face NOW; and what are some of the solutions we hope to implement in the days ahead. I. CANNOT. WAIT.

If you are curious as to what’s going on at FBC and what’s going on in our crazy pastor’s head regarding the future – do NOT miss this Sunday night – 5:30 pm in the “2Fifty2” building.

In case you are having a hard time understanding the significance of Sunday, let me “Throw This Out There” – If you miss ANY part of Sunday – AM or PM – you will regret it. You WILL be blessed, encouraged, challenged, and (I pray) filled with Gospel hope for the future.
